Robyn has served as MiQ Private Wealth’s Head of People and Culture since 2021 and brings over 20 years of expertise in human resources management, with a career spanning the finance, accounting, engineering, and construction sectors. She has held leadership roles at multinational organisations like CBRE and Laing O’Rourke, where she developed her strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach to HR.
At MiQ, Robyn applies her extensive experience to lead both strategic and operational HR initiatives. Her fair and ethical leadership style ensures the MiQ team is supported across areas such as, IT, location management, and administration. Robyn is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while aligning HR strategies with the organisation’s broader goals.
Outside of work, Robyn thrives on outdoor activities that connect her to nature. She enjoys captaining boats and jet skis, fishing, camping, and hosting gatherings at home. Her passion for the sunshine and the beach reflects her vibrant and approachable personality.
