Senior Financial Adviser (Asian Business) Penny Chen became part of the MiQ team in 2017. Her experience to date includes eight years in banking and 15 years in financial planning, and her roles thus far include Assistant Vice President, Mega International Commercial Bank of China – Operation, Lending and Trade Finance, as well as manager for Asian Business at MiQ Private Wealth.
Backed by qualifications such as a B. Business – International Business, a Master of Professional Accounting, CPA, a Diploma of Financial Service, and an Advance Diploma of Financial Service, Penny provides financial advice to clients, particularly people from Asian countries.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese, Penny continuously maintains and provides consolidated investment records to clients. She is always willing to help her clients and their families, and has a patient, sincere approach to every interaction.
In her free time, Penny enjoys doing volunteer work and attending the Dharma Services at the Chung Tian Temple every Saturday. She also uses her accounting and financial skills to assist the Buddha’s Light International Association of QLD on treasury duties. Another one of her passions is to go for a walk or watch Japanese Dramas every Sunday.
