Lynn Smith is the corporate secretary of MiQ Private Wealth. She was appointed to the role in 2022 and also serves as one of the firm’s three responsible managers.
Lynn plays a pivotal role at MiQ, supporting the board while coordinating corporate governance and project management functions. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer for 13 years before transitioning to her current role, embracing a better work–life balance.
Lynn is a director of two non-profit companies and enjoys a range of activities outside work. Her passions include organic vegetable gardening, reading, visiting her grandson, and exploring new destinations by bicycle or barge.
