Prior to her appointment at MiQ, Helen served as a Non-Executive Director at Butn, a FinTech company listed on the ASX. She also lent her insights as an Advisory Board member at FlareHR and held the esteemed position of Chief Employee Experience Officer and Government Policy Lead at MYOB.
Throughout her career, Helen has navigated significant transformations and expansions within both Australian and multinational corporations. Her strategic acumen and leadership prowess have been instrumental in seizing opportunities for growth and innovation.
Helen is a distinguished Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a registered Organisational Psychologist.
