Brendan Swan is the risk associate for MiQ, currently based at MiQ Sunshine Coast. With over 40 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, he joined MiQ in 2022 and now manages MiQ’s Risk Protection Insurance in collaboration with MiQ advisers.
Brendan’s expertise spans personal and business life insurance, including solutions for business debt protection, key person insurance, and buy-sell agreements. He is passionate about helping MiQ advisers and their clients craft well-planned, tailored insurance strategies to alleviate financial stress in case of unforeseen events. Assisting with insurance claims is also a critical part of his work, ensuring clients receive the support they need during challenging times.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, and fishing. His relaxed demeanor and extensive experience make him a trusted and approachable resource for both advisers and clients.
